Samuel’s fascination with computers and the internet started when his parents installed AOL on their home computer in 1998.
His first introduction to the world of programming and marketing was using Visual Basic to automate tasks in an online game he played in the early 2000s. This turned into his first business opportunity and he was excited every day to wake up and work on what he didn’t know would become his passions: marketing, analytics, design, and development. That excitement has never waned.
Senior Workforce Management Analyst, Caesar’s International, 2016–2021. Found opportunities to increase efficiency in the telecommunications department. Worked mostly with SQL and NICE IEX for analysis and management.
Marketing, Pharmacist-CA, 2013–2016. Sought out and placed graduating pharmacy students. Rebranded company and brought a more analytical approach to the team’s marketing and client acquisition strategy.
Sam is most fascinated by the effect the internet has on culture and how it is shaping the world we live in. When he is away from a keyboard he is most likely cooking or playing strategy games. He is constantly learning and looking for opportunities.
